Returns & Exchanges
At Somersault, each gift is thoughtfully crafted or curated, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for items delivered in perfect, undamaged condition.
However, your satisfaction is our priority. If your gift arrives damaged, or an incorrect item is received, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue.
Include your order number and a brief description of the problem. We will then review your case and make it right as quickly as possible.
All claims will be reviewed case-by-case. Somersault reserves the right to deny requests that do not meet our policy requirements or appear to be fraudulent or unreasonable.

Eligible Issues: Returns/exchanges are allowed only if the wrong item was sent or the product is defective/damaged. (We will verify the issue with your photos.)

Notification Window: Please report any problems within 48 hours of receipt, with photos of the packaging and product.

Resolution: If a valid issue is confirmed, we will send a replacement item at no extra cost. If the item is no longer available, we’ll provide store credit (valid for 1 year) instead.

Return Shipping: We’ll arrange and prepay all return shipping for approved defective items, so you won’t incur any cost.

Ready-to-Ship Products: In case you do not like any ready-to-ship product for whatever reason, you can let us know by emailing support@somersault.in, and buy another product of the same or higher value or opt for store credit (valid for 1 year).
Your trust means everything to us. Rest assured, every reported issue is handled with care and empathy. We aim to resolve problems swiftly so you can enjoy your Somersault gift.
Please Note: All custom or personalized products are considered final sale and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Once production of a custom order has commenced, no modifications, cancellations, returns, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all customization details, including but not limited to names, dates, spellings, colors, and product specifications, prior to submitting the order. Somersault shall not be held liable for errors in custom details provided by the customer.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may change. However, due to the nature of our business operations and fulfillment processes, we enforce the following cancellation policy without exception.
Ready-to-Ship Orders
Orders containing only ready-to-ship products may be eligible for cancellation provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has entered the shipping process or has been marked as dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation under any circumstances.
To request cancellation of a ready-to-ship order:

Cancellation requests must be received and acknowledged prior to the order entering the dispatch process.

We do not guarantee cancellation unless written confirmation is provided by our support team.

If your cancellation is successfully processed within the applicable time frame, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
2. Custom and Personalized Orders
All custom, made-to-order, or personalized items are non-cancellable and non-refundable once the production process has commenced. This includes, but is not limited to, any item that has been altered, engraved, customized with names, dates, colors, or other individualized features.

No exceptions will be made for custom or personalized orders once manufacturing has begun.

You acknowledge at the time of purchase that production may begin immediately, and therefore waive the right to cancel once processing has started.
3. General Terms

We reserve the right to refuse or deny any cancellation request that does not comply with the above conditions.

Submission of a cancellation request does not constitute approval or acceptance of the request.

All cancellation communications must be conducted through official channels (e.g., email or customer support portal). We do not accept cancellation requests submitted via social media, third parties, or outside platforms.

Time is of the essence. Delayed communication may result in the order being processed or dispatched, rendering it ineligible for cancellation.
