This Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) governs the shipment and delivery of products purchased through the website operated by Somersault (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By placing an order through our website, you (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) agree to the terms of this Policy. This Policy is subject to change without prior notice, and any such changes shall be applicable to all orders placed thereafter.

We currently offer shipping exclusively within the territory of India. We do not ship to international destinations under any circumstances. Orders are delivered within 5-7 business days from dispatch. Items listed on our website are ready to sell unless you’re placing a custom order via our Custom Enquiry Form.

  • Dispatch Timeline: Orders leave our studio within 2 working days of confirmation

  • Delivery Timeframe: 5–7 business days from dispatch, depending on the delivery location. This is an indicative timeline and may vary based on logistics provider performance, service availability, or other uncontrollable circumstances.

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (excluding public holidays)

  • All-Inclusive Pricing: Prices include all applicable taxes and duties

In the event a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to Customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the order, the logistics provider may make one or more additional delivery attempts. If delivery remains unsuccessful, the order may be returned to our facility. Re-shipping may be subject to additional charges and is at our sole discretion. We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, pandemic, governmental actions, logistics disruptions, natural disasters, war, labour unrest, power failure, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.
